Штамповка с кручением на прессес кривошипно кулисным исполнительным механизмом

Construction of specialized mechanical press with crank and slot actuating mechanism for stamping with torsion is presented. Formulas for calculation of kinematic parameters of press is developed, graphs of displacements and velocities of operating elements of press is shown. Technology of stamping with torsion of typical parts in open die is developed. Results of developing of technology are presented as graphs of stamping loads in depending of angle of rotation of eccentric shaft.
