The invention belongs to the wireless communication technology field, particularly relates to a data transmission method, a system and equipment and solves a problem of relatively low wireless resource utilization rate as only an inner boundary of a multi-user capacity boundary can be reached in an orthogonal mode in the prior art. The data transmission method comprises steps that, signals of one or more user equipment are sent by a sending end; non-orthogonal characteristic pattern mapping for the signals of one or more user equipment after sending processing is carried out to make the signals of different user equipment superpose in corresponding wireless resources, and the processed signals of one or more user equipment are sent according to the non-orthogonal characteristic pattern mapping result. According to the method, the signals of different user equipment are superposed in the corresponding wireless resources in a non-orthogonal mode, non-orthogonal multiple access transmission is realized, and the wireless resource utilization rate is improved.
