Conformado global de haces totalmente polarizados no-uniformemente mediante transmitancias en amplitud

A procedure for doing global beam shaping is proposed. The method is based in the modification of some global spatial parameters characteristic of the beam. A nonuniformly polarized beam is synthesized using a Mach-Zehnder system with two suitably shaped amplitude transmittances and two orthogonal linear polarizers or one half-wave phase plate placed in their arms. For such system the continuous changes in beam quality and kurtosis parameters are investigated.
