The invention discloses an automatic door opening device and a refrigerator with the same. The automatic door opening device comprises a base, a driving source component, a pushing piece and a transmission body. The transmission body comprises a conjugated gear set; the driving source component provides input torque for the conjugated gear set; the conjugated gear set converts the input torque into continuously changed input torque to be supplied to the pushing piece. The pushing piece is provided with a first induction part and a second induction part which are arranged at an interval. The automatic door opening device also comprises a sensing mechanism, and a control device electrically connected with the sensing mechanism and the driving source component. The sensing mechanism, the first induction part and the second induction part are configured as follows: when a door body is closed, the sensing mechanism contacts with the first induction part; when the door body is opened, the sensing mechanism contacts with the second induction part; the control device controls the driving source component to drive the pushing piece to extend out or return according to the matching state between the sensing mechanism and the first induction part and the second induction part.
