The clinical observation of tetracaine endotracheal anesthesia recovery from general anesthesia airway reflexes

Objective:To solve a series of problems caused by pat ients in the general anesthesia emergence of irritability and can not tolerate t he endotracheal tube.Methods:One huandred and twenty cases of general anesthesi a,patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into the two group s.Group A(the control group) in accordance with the conventional fast induction of general anesthesia.Group B,1% tetracaine hydrochloride 2～3 mL oral spray anesthesia,according to the experimental requirements for midazolam 0.05 mg/kg,pethidine 0.15 mg/kg,droperidol 0.05 mg/kg,ground dexamethasone injection 10 mg,to be patient to sleep but the cough reflex retain 2.5 % tetracaine due to the 2.5 mL row thyrocricocentesis endotracheal anesthesia, puncture.Results:Through the practice of clinical observation,this method is e ffective to inhibit airway reflexes of complications,can significantly reduce t he period of recovery from general anesthesia,this method is worth promoting.Co nclusion:Amethocaine of ring puncture endotracheal anesthesia,the patient unde r general anesthesia arousal the inhibition of the stimulation of the endotrache al tube is obvious.Increase the patients tolerated the endotracheal tube is obvi ous,to reduce the period of recovery from general anesthesia complications is o bvious.
