[Results of improved esophago-intestinal anastomosis and jejuno-gastroplasty application in gastrectomy].

: Initial results of gastrectomy in 48 patients with the use of improved by the authors method of performing vertical end-to-side cuff shaped anastomosis and newly developed method of establishment of a new food reservoir by jejunogastroplasty are reported.
