Pengaruh Motivasi, Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Empiris pada Kantor BPPKAD Kabupaten Sragen)

This research aims to analyze the impact of motivation, work stress, physical work environment and non physical work environment on employee performance in BPPKAD Sragen. This research uses quantitative method and purposive sampling as sampling method. By using 59 employees as sample, data were analyze by using multiple linear regresion. The result showed that motivation and non physical work environtment have significant effect on employee performance, while work stress and physical work environment didn’t have significant impact on employee performance. Coefficient of determinacy test of Adjusted R2 showing that employee performance influenced by motivation, work stress, physical work environment and non physical work environment equal to 39,5% and the model have passed from classical assumption test. It could be conclude that the organization should give more attention to motivation and non physical work environment of employed to increase there performance.
