Study and Application of Quality Guarantee and Evaluation System for Colleges Based on Network

An innovative technique in quality guarantee system of Tianhua College is thoroughly discussed in this paper. On the basis of educational innovation through technologies, the guideline and significance of constructing ＂Quality Guarantee System＂ in Tianhua College are also illuminated.
