Подходы к управлению различными региональными инновационными системами

In article is considered important for the economy of Russia the question of the management of regional innovation systems. Given the specifics of the economic development of the regions of Siberia, the author suggests a differentiated approach to the assessment and subsequent management of regional innovation systems, which takes into account the sectoral orientation of the economy of the region and the degree of involvement in the innovative process. Such a differentiation on the stage of development of mechanisms of management of regional innovation development will maximally take into account the interests of all participants in the process, to maximise the potential effects due to the point of impact on the problem areas and will promote rational use of resources. The division into types is proposed to conduct two types of industry of the region, as well as on the degree of innovation development, thus, from a position of management examines three types and 12 possible subtypes of regions.
