A high-strength PCB with conductive silver paste, prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 10-20, antimony tin oxide, calcium sulfate whisker 2-4, 50-60 micron silver, tantalum carbide whiskers 4-6, methenamine 1-2, 7-10 glass frit, isopropyl tri (dioctyl pyrophosphate acyloxy) titanate 1-2, E-12 epoxy resin, 8-12, 2-3 isocyanate, 3-5 diethylene glycol glyceryl triacetate 5-7, 1-2 itaconic acid, terpineol 4-6; silver paste of the present invention by the addition of calcium sulfate whiskers, tantalum carbide whiskers, increased printing strength circuit, not falling, breaking; by adding antimony tin oxide, ensure excellent conductivity, while saving the amount of silver, the low cost of the prepared paste, excellent conductivity, good dispersion; the present invention by using the glass powder, low melting point, easy to cure molding, does not affect the conductivity.
