Self-diluting device for thickener

The invention relates to a self-diluting device for a thickener, which comprises a clear liquid lifting barrel which is arranged in a thickening cabinet and is provided with openings at the upper end and the lower end and a clear liquid outlet formed on the lateral wall, an air supply pipe of which one end stretches into the clear liquid lifting barrel from the lower end of the clear liquid lifting barrel, and an air source, wherein the clear liquid outlet is communicated with the interior of a feeding barrel and the horizontal height of the clear liquid outlet is higher than that of the upperliquid level of the clear liquid in the thickening cabinet; and an air outlet of the air source is connected with the other end of the air supply pipe and is used for supplying air into the clear liquid lifting barrel through the air supply pipe so that the upper liquid level of the clear liquid in the clear liquid lifting barrel can be raised to be higher than or equal to the height of the clearliquid outlet. The self-diluting device according to the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of compact structure, less auxiliary equipment, easy maintenance and operation, low failure rate and lower cost. Besides, parameters are easy to adjust, and the height of the upper liquid level of the clear liquid in the clear liquid lifting barrel can be changed by changing the air input so asto change the dilution quantity.
