MRI of Vaginal Leiomyomas

Abstract:The MR appearances of two cases of vaginal leiomyoma are described. Both patients presented with a periurethral mass; one patient presented during pregnancy. MRI allowed precise anatomic localization of the masses and confident preoperative characterization in both cases.
