Therapeutic effects of salbutamol sulfate solution inhalation combined with α-asarone injection on bronchiolitis of children

Objective To evaluate the effect of salbutamol sulfate solution inhalation combined withα-asarone injection on bronchiolitis of children.Methods 78 bronchiolitis cases were divided randomly into treatment group(42 cases) and contrast group(36 cases).Patients in treatment group were treated with oxygen atomizing inhalation of salbutamol sulfate solution inhalation combined with α-asarone injection.Patients in contrast group were given ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of chymotrypsin combined with aminophylline injection.Other therapies including using antiviral agents,oxygen inhalation,sputum-drawn were not different between the two groups.Results The time for symptom disappearance and hospitalization in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in contrast group(P0.01).No obvious toxic and adverse effects occurred.Conclusion The treatment scheme of salbutamol sulfate solution inhalation combined with α-asarone injection is helpful in relieving and controlling bronchiolitis.
