The project presents the management tool as a strategic pilot study that aims to formulate intervention strategies that generate a contribution to the sustainability of the Cultural landscape coffee PCC. As a case study a characterization and diagnosis is done in small businesses: hotels and establishments where they sell coffees of origin specially from Filandia, Salento and Calarca, in order to create and appropriate strategies as a requirement for certification of the PCC's brand use in each company. Also, to contribute to a good strategic planning and value chain of companies a case study for the competitiveness of the Department of Quindio.
