“Giving to working class neighborhoods’ residents, the will to stay put”

France tomorrow is also at stake in its “popular neighborhoods” (working-class areas). The concentration of poverty in some territories suffering from a very negative image and a degraded urbanism threatens both the economic performance of the country and its cohesion.
