Importancia de la consulta previa en Colombia como derecho fundamental: un estudio desde la constitución de 1991

The purpose of this paper is aimed at studying the evolution of prior consultation in Colombia after the entry into force of the 1991 Constitution, which in its foundations develops the idea of a guarantor, pluralistic, democratic and participatory state, which has allowed under these principles to ethnic communities participate actively in the political life, economic and social life of the country.
