The invention discloses an electromagnetic differential axle of a scooter. The electromagnetic differential axle comprises a drive shaft and a motor. The drive shaft is composed of a left drive shaft body and a right drive shaft body, wherein the left drive shaft body and the right drive shaft body are located on the same straight line. The left end of the left drive shaft body is connected with a left wheel, the right end of the right drive shaft body is connected with a right wheel, the left drive shaft body is fixedly connected with a motor stator, a rotor is rotationally connected with the right drive shaft body and meanwhile fixedly connected with the input end of a speed changing box, the output end of the speed changing box is fixedly connected with the right drive shaft body, the stator and the rotor are simultaneously in a rotating state and rotate oppositely and reversely, the stator drives the left wheel to rotate, and the rotor rotates to drive the right wheel and the left wheel to rotate in the same direction through the direction change of the speed changing box. According to the electromagnetic differential axle, cost is greatly lowered, mechanical wear and noise are lowered, and various technical problems and quality problems existing in a mechanical differential drive axle are solved.
