Paget's disease (osteitis deformans)? Prostate carcinoma metastasis?

There hove been difficulties in the differential diagnosis of Paget's disease and Prostate Carcinoma metastasis, especially in roentgenographic views. The important points in the differential diagnosis of these diveases have been explained and discusses in this study.
