Mixed Metal Chalcogenide Thin Films for Energy Harvesting

We have intentionally focused on the optimization of growth pathway and detail characterization of new, promising PNMMC thin films i.e. CICSSe using self-organized and a hybrid chemical technique (APT). The synthesized materials are having great potential for the solar cell application and compatible with highly studied CIGSSe and CZTSSe devices. While, we have synthesized thin films at low temperature and studied their different properties to check suitability for solar cell application without any post treatments. Hence, our future aim is to focus on improving the power conversion efficiency of chemically synthesized thin films by applying various strategies.
