The invention relates to a continuous creasing device, a continuous creasing machine and a continuous creasing method. The continuous creasing device comprises a first roll shaft and a second roll shaft, wherein the first roll shaft is provided with a creasing female die; the second roll shaft rotates in the direction opposite to the first roll shaft; the surface of the second roll shaft is provided with a creasing male die; the two roll shafts rotate in the opposite directions continuously, so that the creasing female die and the creasing male die alternate between the matched state and the separated state, and the minimal distance between the surfaces of the two roll shafts in the matched state is smaller than the minimal distance between the surfaces of the two roll shafts in the separated state. According to the continuous creasing device, the continuous opposite-direction rotation of the first roll shaft and the second roll shaft is utilized for achieving the creasing in the rotation process, the minimal distance between the surfaces of the two roll shafts in the matched state is smaller than the minimal distance between the surfaces of the two roll shafts in the separated state, therefore, designers can achieve that by adjusting the speed of the two roll shafts, the two roll shafts synchronously move at the same speed with a paper feeding roller and a paper discharging roller merely in the creasing step, and the creasing positions are adjusted through the speed control.
