The invention relates to a device for the separation and concentration of particles present in a fluid, comprising:. a first microchannel (1), having at least one first opening (10, 12); . at least one second microchannel (5), having at least one second opening (50) and an end (51); . the first microchannel (1) surrounding the second microchannel at said end (51); . the first microchannel (1) and the second microchannel (5) are connected at said end (50) by at least one nanochannel (3), the (s) nanochannel (ux) forming a restriction between the first microchannel and the second microchannel, the geometry of which is fixed during a predetermined time period; . a cover (13) delimiting the first microchannel, the second microchannel and nanochannel at said end. Application for the separation and concentration of particles of biological samples such as viruses, DNA or synthetic molecules.
