Plunger ported axial plunger hydraulic pump

2008
The invention provides a plunger distribution axial plunger hydraulic pump, which belongs to the type of a positive-displacement pump. The invention aims at solving the problems of the prior art, namely, to reduce friction pairs working in the sea and fresh water and PV values thereof, reducing material requirements of the friction pairs, improving efficiency, and reducing noise and size. Plunger holes are arranged on the reference circle of a cylinder body, and are communicated with an absorption inlet and a water outlet arranged on the cylinder body. A plunger is slip fit to the plunger holes. A crankshaft is arranged on an end cover through a bearing. A sloping plate arranged on the bellcrank of the crankshaft is flexibly connected with the plunger through a bulb connecting rod. The plunger is a stepped shaft-type slide valve. The number of the plunger holes is 4XN. An accessory pore is arranged near each plunger hole, and is communicated with the corresponding plunger hole at the waist through a fabrication hole. The end of each plunger hole is communicated with the end of the corresponding accessory hole of the adjacent plunger hole of 90 degrees through a spiral groove. The invention has the advantages of compact structure, stable performance, low noise and large flow, and is applicable for transportation of sea water/fresh water and other low viscous liquid, or can be used as a power component of a hydraulic actuation system.
