The present invention discloses a mobile phone, comprising: a D conversion chip, includes an analog voltage input terminal, receives an analog voltage having a predetermined voltage value by the analog input, analog to digital converter chip to convert an analog voltage to a digital voltage; baseband processing chip, and the analog voltage obtained according to the measured digital voltage conversion between the analog digital voltage with a test voltage; power management chip comprising a supply voltage input terminal, receives a separate supply voltage by the power supply voltage input terminal, that D conversion chip and a baseband processor power the chip; wherein, independently of supply voltage and the analog voltage provided by different voltage sources. The present invention further discloses a method of calibrating the phone's voltage. Through the above technical solution, the present invention provides an analog voltage by the supply voltage independently and by different voltage sources may be performed when the voltage calibration, it is possible that the phone can be accurately calibrated voltage.
