MINUTES OF COUNCIL MEETING SECTION OF ANTITRUST LAW: The Plaza Hotel New York, New York Sunday, August 6, 1978

Chairman Millstein called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. Officers and Council members present were: Chairman Ira M. Millstein, Chairman-Elect Allen C. Holmes, Vice-Chairman Howard Adler, Secretary John H. Morrison, Section Delegate Harvey M. Applebaum, Budget Officer Lee N. Abrams, Last Retiring Chairman Edwin S. Rockefeller, Taylor R. Briggs, Arthur Medow, Earl E. Pollock, Harry Kemker, William T. Lifland, Richard W. Pogue, Peter D. Byrnes, Richard A. Whiting, Carla A. Hills and John H. Shenefield. Also present were Staff Liaison Lorayne Rice, Law Student Division Liaisons W. Dale Collins and David D. Leitch, Young Lawyers Section Liaison Robert F. Scouler and, for portions of the meeting at the invitation of the Section Chairman, various committee chairmen and project leaders as identified in the minutes. Council members Richard J. MacLaury, Maxwell M. Blecher and Thomas E. Kauper were not present.
