Carrier synchronization method and system for distributed wireless network

The invention discloses a carrier synchronization method and system for a distributed wireless network. The carrier synchronization method for the distributed wireless network comprises the steps: a. slave nodes of the distributed wireless network send synchronization calibrating signals to host nodes of the distributed wireless network, b. the host nodes regulate the amplitude of the received synchronization calibrating signals and broadcast the synchronization calibrating signals back to the slave nodes, c. the slave nodes estimate the frequency synchronization error and initial phase fluctuation between the host nodes and the slave nodes, and d. the slave nodes regulate the carrier frequency of the slave nodes according to the estimated frequency synchronization error and the initial phase fluctuation. According to the carrier synchronization method for the distributed wireless network, the host nodes and the slave nodes do not need to be synchronous. Further, the carrier synchronization method for the distributed wireless network is not influenced by the Doppler effect.
