Decision-making of Bounded Rationality for Residents of New Urban in Low-carbon Transport Mode:A Quantitative Analysis of Motivation

This paper mainly focuses on the influences to decision-making of urban residents in low-carbon transport mode. Meanwhile, with integrating the theory of public management, social psychology, environmental behavior and other disciplines, residents of the new urban in low-carbon transport conceptual model is established. Based on data from residents living in new urban in Tianjin, this paper explore factor analysis method based on the bounded rational decision-making assumptions to refine elements of the residents choice of low-carbon transport mode, which try to lay the theoretical foundation for low-carbon city development and urban management innovation, as well as provide more targeted basis for government to formulate guidance policy.
