The wheat grass tea disclosed by the invention has the special effects as follows: the wheat grass tea has the functions of expelling toxin and nourishing beauty, and also has the effects of activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis, relieving swelling and stopping pain, stopping bleeding and reducing blood fat, lowering cholesterol and resisting fatigue, resisting aging, improving the body immunity and the like. Meanwhile, the wheat grass tea has treatment effects on coronary heart diseases, angina, headache, vertigo, coronary heart disease hypertension, arrhythmia, hyperlipidemia, gastric ulcer and the like. The wheat grass tea can cool to quench the thirst, help digestion, eliminate fatigue, energize and dispel the effects of alcohol after long-term drinking. A mellow and delicious beverage can be prepared by putting 5-7g of the wheat grass tea into a cup, pouring boiling water, covering for 3 minutes, and then opening a cover; the wheat grass tea can be brewed for a plurality of times.
