A catalyst such as copper base is produced in a continuous pipeline; the continuous pipeline is divided into a settling zone, an aging zone, a washing zone, a drying zone and a roasting zone in sequence; the pH value is controlled in the settling zone through a built-in pH meter self-controlled pump; uniform reaction of the settling zone is achieved through magnetic stirring; a sizing agent in the aging zone is conveyed in a snake-shaped manner; the sizing agent which is completely settled is prevented from entering the aging zone by using a grid in the settling zone; solid-liquid separation is achieved by using a multi-stage hydrocyclone and the solid and the washing water are stirred through a high magnetic force to achieve the purpose of pulping in the washing zone; materials are pushed by using a magnetic spiral shaft in the drying zone and the roasting zone; finally a product is discharged from a pipeline outlet. According to the continuous catalyst production process and equipment disclosed by the invention, automation controlled continuous production is achieved, the power consumption is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the cost is lowered, a high-quality catalyst product can be produced, and as harmful gases are effectively prevented from diffusing into the air, the process and the equipment are more environment-friendly.
