Method for producing alcohol using tree as starting material and alcohol solution obtained by same

2012
Provided is a method for producing alcohol for fuel or alcohol that is useful as a food by fermenting a tree that is difficult to ferment, the method characterized in comprising a step for obtaining a tree decomposition product by decomposing the desired tree into powdered form using mother cell lyases that are produced by the cytolysis that accompanies sporogenesis of the aerobic endospore-forming bacteria that are MRE symbiotic bacteria of the tree, a step for sterilizing the tree decomposition product, a step for the primary fermentation of the sterilized tree decomposition product using yeast cells, a step for the secondary fermentation by adding a yeast fungus to the fermented solution obtained by the primary fermentation, and a step for filtering the fermented solution obtained by the secondary fermentation, wherein the mother cell lyases are obtained by culturing the aerobic endospore-forming bacteria that are MRE symbiotic bacteria and bringing the culture solution to a depleted state in order to convert the bacteria to endospores and then removing the impurities, including the endosporic bacteria, from the culture solution.
