Disclosed are a pumping mechanism capable of changing strokes and a pump vehicle provided with the pumping mechanism, wherein the pump vehicle comprises a pump vehicle body and a pumping mechanism which is arranged on the pump vehicle body and can change strokes, the pumping mechanism comprises two concrete cylinders, a concrete piston arranged in each concrete cylinder, a water groove, two hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic cylinder piston arranged in each hydraulic cylinder, and a concrete withdrawing hydraulic cylinder arranged on the tail portion of each hydraulic cylinder, and a control device for adjusting the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder piston stroke is arranged on each hydraulic cylinder. Since the pumping mechanism is provided with the control device for adjusting the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder piston on the hydraulic cylinder of the pumping mechanism, the pumping stroke of the pumping mechanism can be changed, the slump scope of pumping concrete is widened, the pumping efficiency is improved, and energy source is saved.
