Numerical Simulation of Unsteady Flow Based on Interaction of Partial Penetrating River and Phreatic Water Aquifer

In view of limitation of aquifer recharge pattern with river in the past,based on the relationship between aquifer levels and elevation level of river bed floor,the theory of non-saturated zone is used to gain the expression of aquifer recharge amount by considering the impact of the unsaturated zone.The phreatic water aquifer recharge amount with partial penetrating river is calculated by using numerical simulation method.And then the relationship between recharge amount and water level variation amplitude of pumping well and the maximal non-saturated suction is discussed.The results show that the unsaturated zone recharge can not be ignored;the smaller is variation amplitude water level and the larger is maximum groundmass suction,the amount of recharge is larger.
