Modeling and Simulation of Temperature Field of Nanometer Zirconia Ceramics Precision Grinding

Based on analyaing the machining performance of Nanometer Zirconia Ceramics,its precision grinding temperature field theory model is established.ANSYS software is used for three dimensions model simulation analgze under different operating conditions.This simulation results also indicate that the workpiece peak temperature rises rapidly when grinding wheel first engages with the workpiece and a steady-state region exists if the workpiece is long enough.The temperature of the grinding contact zone is increasing with the depth of grinding rising,which can cause workpiece burned.
