This research is entitled “Effective the Communication is between the Mentor and the Online Mode Learning Participants in the Learning Management System (Study of Primary Class Teachers in the Online Mode Learning Participants in the Learning Management System)”. This study aims to determine how effective the communication is between the Mentor and the Online Mode Learning Participants in the Learning Management System (Study of Primary Class Teachers in the Online Mode Learning Participants in the Learning Management System). This study applies a positivistic paradigm, where this research tests the theory and predicts the effectiveness of communication between the Mentor and Participants in the online learning of the LMS Teacher Learning System. The respondents of this study were South Sumatra Province Upper Class Elementary School Teachers. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire that was analyzed by testing using a statistical test tool. This research is a quantitative study in which the research design is a quantitative method research design ranging from data collection, testing instruments, hypotheses, data analysis, and matters relating to other quantitative approaches. The results of this study indicate that Communication between Mentor and Elementary School Teachers in Palembang as learning participants in LMS is categorized Effective.
