A modern numerical solution method is applied to carry out the directly coupled calculation of flows, heat transfer conditions and thermal conduction in solid bodies. Calculation of the thermal stress field in the solid bodies is also made possible by coupling with the temperature field. The method is applied for various components in the area of power and power plant engineering.
