차동장치 케이스의 가공공정 개선에 관한 연구

The medium and small companies which produce the parts of cars in our country need to start to automate a part of core processes requiring higher precision in advance, because full automation for entire manufacturing process of differential gear case is very expensive. This paper presents the developing for the transfer type of exclusive machine which is used for the drilling process of shaft hole, the process for inner spherical surfaces in the rest of shaft holes and the process of inner side. These processes are preferentially needed to be automated because of the simplicity and the possibility of danger.
