Нарушение голоса у вокалистов с кариесом зубов

Results of diagnostics and treatment of a functional dysphonia at vocalists with diseases of dentoalveolar system are presented. In total under supervision foniatry Regional surdophonocenter had 80 students of educational institutions of Stavropol who on a constant basis are engaged in singing. Results of research showed that diseases of dentoalveolar system are one of factors of development of violation of sonority of a voice. Authors emphasize that timely identification and adequate treatment of diseases of dentoalveolar system at such patients promotes restoration of normal sonority of a voice. Tactics of maintaining such patients is effective only in joint diagnostics and treatment in common with the stomatologist. Carrying out to the patient etiopatogeneticheskiy a reasonable complex of medical actions by the otorhinolaryngologist, foniatry and the stomatologist allows to gain positive therapeutic effect at 100% of vocalists with violation of sonority of a voice.
