Design of vehicle-mounted dual-transistor forward DC converter

A dual-transistor forward DC converter suitable for electric vehicles is studied in this paper.On the basis of a design scheme,the control circuit,feedback loop,start circuit and relative parameters of the converter were analyzed and designed.Chip SG3525 is used in the control circuit.The type Ⅱ compensation is adopted to compensate the control circuit.The experimental and testing results show that the output of the converter is stable and the efficiency is remarkable.
