Digital ZVS BCM current controlled single-phase full-bridge inverter using DSP TMS320F28035

A digital zero-voltage switching(ZVS) current control method which is suitable for full-bridge or half-bridge inverter is proposed in this paper to achieve high power density, low cost and high conversion efficiency. The digital current control scheme is realized by DSP TMS320F28035 and does not demand complex algorithm, or extra analog circuits. Furthermore, ZVS is achieved by inductor current operating in bi-direction within a switching cycle without any additional auxiliary circuits. Finally, a 400W prototype of a single-phase full-bridge inverter and the digital current control scheme using DSP TMS320F28035 have been designed and tested under three different conditions to validate the effectiveness of this method. What' more, the load adaptability of the three current modulations has been compared. Experimental results are given to demonstrate the validity and feasibility.
