The utility model provides a sludge hydrothermal drying treatment device and a homogeneous reactor thereof. The sludge hydrothermal drying treatment device comprises the homogeneous reactor, a slurrying reactor, a hydrothermal reactor and a flash evaporation reactor which are connected in sequence, wherein materials are cut up and stirred by the homogeneous reactor and are then fed into the slurrying reactor to be evenly preheated; the preheated materials are subjected to a hydrothermal reaction in the hydrothermal reactor and are then stored in the flash evaporation reactor; and steam recycled by the flash evaporation reactor can be introduced into the slurrying reactor and/or the hydrothermal reactor. According to the sludge hydrothermal drying treatment device provided by the utility model, sticky organic matters in sludge are hydrolyzed at certain temperature and pressure, so a colloid structure of the sludge is destroyed and bound water is urged to be separated from solid particles. The homogeneous reactor provided by the utility model can be used for cutting up and evenly stirring the materials, and can guarantee continuous conduction of sludge hydrothermal drying treatment.
