Men who have sex with men: new emerging threat of HIV/AIDS spread in Pakistan [editorial]

This editorial examines the second highest risk group for HIV infection in Pakistan; men who have sex with men (MSM). It describes the different profiles of these men and discusses the prevalence with each subgroup. It also touches on prevention hurdles as well as prevention programs.
