The invention relates to a method for producing whole blackberries in an infrared drying mode. The method comprises the step of carrying out infrared drying, namely, the blackberries are placed in an infrared drying box, the emission wavelength of an infrared generation device in the infrared drying box ranges from 1 micron to 4 microns, the power ranges from 900W to 1800W, the temperature of the infrared drying box ranges from 60 DEG C to 80 DEG C, the wind speed ranges from 2m/s to 3m/s, and the drying time ranges from 5 hours to 8 hours; the step of cooling, namely, the blackberries which are dried in an infrared mode are cooled and shaped at the indoor temperature. According to the method for producing the whole blackberries in an intermediate wave infrared drying mode, pigment and other additives are not added in the processing process, the color and the flavor of original blackberries are reserved as much as possible, the blackberries are pure, natural, safe and sanitary, and in addition, an intermediate wave drying device is easy to operate, short in consumed time, low in price and easy to control.
