Detection Method of Pyraclostrobin and Dimethomorph in Cucumber

2014
[Aims] An analyzing method for detecting pyraclostrobin and dimethomorph simultaneously by LCMS/MS was established. [Methods] Pyraclostrobin and dimethomorph were extracted from cucumber samples by acetone and dichloromethane, purified though collumn filled with aluminum oxide, then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Standard curves were drew respectively. [Results] Same lowest detection limits(6.0 μg/kg) of pyraclostrobin and dimethomorph in cucumber samples were obtained, and the average recovery was calculated from 83.0 to 98.8%(RSD: 0.9-5.2%). [Conclusions] The detection method established can be used for qualitative and quantitative analyzing residues of pyraclostrobin and dimethomorph mixtures in cucumber.
