Spontaneous avulsion of the tibial tuberosity following Osgood-Schlatter disease

Two cases of spontaneous fracture and dislocation of the tibial tuberosity in boys (15 and 19 years of age), who had both suffered from Osgood-Schlatter disease are described. The treatment and prognosis are discussed. Language: da
