Optimization of short-term complex distribution network maintenance scheduling

Comparing with the traditional distribution network maintenance scheduling optimization,a multi-objective bi-level programming model considering the load curve,equipment failure rate and maintenance resource arrangement,as well as power system reliability,was proposed. The upper level programming decides the maintenance scheme,and the lower level aims to recover the load loss with minimum operation times of switch and least line loss increment. Meanwhile,a hybrid intelligent algorithm was presented,which combines particle swarm optimization,search method,and tabu list. Simulation of IEEE-RBTS bus4 computation sample testified that this model can not only optimize the maintenance schedule and the maintenance resources arrangement economically,but also improves the system and load reliability indices during the maintenance period.
