Multiple real-time fluorescence quantification PCR (polymerase chain reaction) detection kit and detection method for helicobacter pylori in gastric juice

2014
The invention discloses a multiple real-time fluorescence quantification PCR (polymerase chain reaction) detection method for helicobacter pylori in gastric juice. The method disclosed by invention comprises specific primers and a probe which are used for detecting helicobacter pylori and have nucleotide sequences shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, and SEQ ID NO: 3 respectively, reference-gene human epithelial cell ribonuclease P (Rnase P) specific primers and a probe which have nucleotide sequences shown in SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, and SEQ ID NO: 6 respectively, helicobacter pylori positive control, reference-gene positive control and negative control. The method disclosed by the invention only needs the person to be detected to provide gastric juice, belongs to non-invasive detection, has the advantages of good patient compliance, rapid and accurate detection, small demand on sample quantity (only needing 10-500 mu l of gastric juice), high specificity, high sensitivity, simpleness, convenience and rapidness, and has a good clinical sample detection capacity.
