Process for treating high-concentration pectin wastewater

2015
The invention discloses process for treating high-concentration pectin wastewater. The process comprises the following steps: leading out alkali leached water generated during production of orange cans, adding a composite flocculant into the alkali leached water, stirring, and carrying out solid-liquid separation centrifugally so as to complete the treatment process, wherein the composite flocculant is composed of an inorganic additive and an organic polymer flocculant, the inorganic additive is CaCl2 and/or CaO, the organic polymer flocculant is a cationic polyacrylamide, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide copolymer and/or a cationic dicyandiamide and formaldehyde polycondensate. The process disclosed by the invention is good in treatment effect and low in operation cost and is stable.
