The invention discloses an electrical contact with a spiral resilient contact element comprising: a spiral resilient contact element which comprises a plurality of unit spiral rings, the plurality of unit spiral rings extending in sequence along a spiral track by end to end. The unit spiral ring is surrounded by a linear conductor, and the unit spiral ring includes a deformable contact portion, a first transition portion, a fixed contact portion, and a second transition portion. The deformable contact portion is provided with a bent structure including the guide area, the deformation zone, the connection guide area and the deformation area of the protrusion. The length of the guide region is smaller than the length of the deformation area, and the protrusion is arranged at the middle side of the line connecting the apex of the first transition portion and the vertex of the second transition portion. The electrical contact has a high contact performance and its guide region has both a guiding and deformation action, so that a pin or other electrical connection device used in conjunction can achieve electrical contact within a short stroke.
