Analysis and Treatment on Upper Bracket Vibration Amplitude Increase of No.1 Unit in Liuxihe Hydropower Plant

Several treatments in past of No.1 unit in Liuxihe Hydropower Plant is introduced.Starting from the unit axis changes,the compressive strength of compressive gasket of the lower guide bearing and tests on dynamic balance of generator rotor,vibration amplitude increase reasons of No.1 unit upper bracket are analyzed through unit overhaul and variable speed test.By strictly executing maintenance process and overhaul quality standards,the problem of No.1 unit is totally solved.
