This article presents a study of cases, where processes and key decisions, that proposed by the own Directorate of engineering and maintenance, and supported by the Presidency and general direction of the company, have made factories for the production of meat products of Martinez Loriente S.A., a benchmark for the entire industry in generaland is currently one of the first companies in the national and European level in their sector.
