Analýza zákazníků Hotelu Rusava

Topic of my bachelor thesis is to analyze customers of Hotel Rusava. This recreation center owns company Z-FIN, Inc. My thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I studied and describe literature related to my topic. In the analytical part I evaluated a questionnaire containing 9 questions. The questionnaire was filled in by hotel guests. Also I analyzed accommodation books in the Excel with last 3 years and their separated months. In conclusion, I propose a solution that could lead to an increase in customer satisfaction with the recreation center.
